Add a new player

Coaches should send the club registrar an email that contains the following information.  This should not come from the manager or a parent.

In the subject line, please include "Request for new player". 

In the body of the email, please include:

1)  Player name

2)  Player DOB

3)  Email address for parents

4)  Name of team (including age, gender, location, and level) that the player is being invited to join

Transfer a player from another club

In the subject line, please include "Request for transfer".

In the body of the email, please include:

1)  Player name

2)  Player DOB

3)  Email address for parents

4)  Name of team (including age, gender, location, and level) that the player is being invited to join

5)  Club the player is coming from, along with a contact (coach, registrar, etc)
